Farm to Fire Dinner

Join us for an unforgettable evening where fire meets field and every cut tells a story. Set on the vibrant, regenerative lands of Tabula Rasa Farms, this immersive farm-to-fire dinner is a collaborative celebration between The Ground and Tournant, whose seminal approach to open-fire cooking celebrates time, place, and purpose.

Together, we’ll honor the animal—beef raised right here on the farm—with a multi-course meal that highlights a variety of cuts, both familiar and lesser-known. Each dish is thoughtfully prepared over fire to bring out the full depth of flavor and respect the whole animal.

This experience is more than a meal—it’s a chance to engage with the land, the food, and the community that brings it all to life. Westward Whiskey will join us for the evening, offering their award-winning Northwest spirits, and Abbott Claim Winery will showcase their beautifully crafted local wines that reflect the character of the Willamette Valley.
