We’re thrilled to announce that The Pub opens April 25 in downtown McMinnville! Located at 326 NE Davis Street, The Pub is the latest concept from the team behind The Ground and Humble Spirit. We've reimagined the historic local space as a vibrant new gathering spot for community connection over food and drinks. The Pub is all about elevated casual with a thoughtfully curated beverage program and a bold, flavorful menu that shares the same ethos as Humble Spirit: regenerative sourcing, hyperlocal ingredients, and dang good food.

Crafted by Chef Sarah Schafer, a 2025 James Beard semifinalist, expect dishes like tender smoked chuck, pulled pork, and the signature Animal Farm Platter made with 100% grass-fed beef and pastured pork from our own farm along with hearty sides like spicy red slaw, beans, and mac & chicharron. And yes, we’ve got pub classics too — like our fan-favorite Fried Chicken Sandwich and Smashburger, with a farm-fresh twist.

Our beverage program is designed to shine a spotlight on the rich beverage culture of the Willamette Valley with local wines, Oregon beer on tap, craft cocktails, and plenty of alcohol-free options. 

We’ll be open seven days a week, serving lunch, dinner, and a small selection of weekend brunch options. Takeout will be available, and once summer hits, so will our outdoor seating and a lineup of special events, including live music and collaborations with local happenings like UFO Fest and Cruisin' McMinnville.
